Sharks are creatures
often misunderstood,
always considered a bad guy
and up to no good.
 
Is that true?
Is that really fair?
Did you know,
shark attacks are very rare?
 
Two things might surprise you
when on research you embark.
Did you know
you are more likely 
to get struck by lightening 
than attacked by a shark!?
 
Hard to believe,
but indeed, it’s true.
Most don’t know that.
Did you?!
 
Can you guess
the shark’s biggest threat, 
the shark’s biggest predator?
It’s not what you think, I bet!
 
The biggest threat to sharks
are human beings.
Sharks aren’t really the bad guys
it seems.
 
From now on, 
remember to always ponder,
“Is that really fair?”
“Is that true, I wonder?”
 
No one wants to be misunderstood.
